get prepare and went to AMK MRt..
i was late by 5mins..
lucky nobody scold me..
then trained to Yishun..
waited for some YTSS ppl to bring us to their sch..
Fall in and do drills..
at about 12plus,
went to mac wif Huiyu..
went back to YTSS to eat..
after tat got lesson..
learn two new games..
Broken Telephone and Artist & the Clay..
was fun lahh..
Then was PT..
there were many things to do,
Shuttle run, butterfly kicks, crocodile push up, inclined pull up and more..
then about 6,
trained home..
